In the year 2008 an organisation was registered in the name of ‘SRI VENKATESWARA SWAMY DEVALAYA SAMITHI’ under registration No.370 of 2008 Dated 25th April 2008. The Samithi had taken up the issue with the AP Housing Board, to allot one acre of land for Hindu Temple which was kept pending for some time.

After a long time, Sanskruti Township Flat Owners Welfare Association (STFOWA) had taken up the issue of allotment of land to various religious institutions. On pursuance of this demand about 2800 sq yards of land had been allotted to Hindu temple on the western side of the township.

The Executive Committee of Sanskruti Township Flat Owners Welfare Association (STFOWA) held a meeting on 09 August 2015 along with Existing/Available Members of SRI VENKATESWARA SWAMY DEVALAYA SAMITHI.

After due recommendations, discussions and consensus Committee Members were Nominated/Selected for Temple Construction
